College Showcase Information
This year for 2026 we are offering Open Divisions (11-18s), Club Divisions (11-18's) and new for 2026 LOCAL divisions (12-14's).
College Coaches Showcase
Our 7th annual College Coaches Showcase will be held on January 2nd, held in conjunction with our 7th annual Countdown City Classic.
Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center - 900 East Market Street,

This showcase will be open to ages 14-18 and will allow players to come train with College Coaches and get college experience and exposure at the same time.
Showcase Date for 2026 is January 2nd
BUT times will be (split by graduation year)
4:00-5:30p: 2027/2028
6:00-7:30p: 2026/2029/2030
**Recruiting seminar to be held (included for all showcase attendees) from 4:15-5:15p and 6:15-7:15p
Price per Player will be $149 *Schools committed will be listed below
More will be committing throughout December 2025
Schools will be attending virtually or in person based on dead period rules.

All parking for event can be found downtown at exterior convention lots. prices per day range from $10-$25 per vehicle per day. Self park lots and Valet parking at hotels will be more expensive.

Stay to Save Hotels
Stay to Save is a USAV policy that requires all teams and attendees to book their hotel rooms through the tournament specifically in order to compete in the tournament. The housing department of our tournament negotiates discounted rates at the best hotels in the area so that registered participants can attend the event for a low price. By booking a room through the tournament directly, you not only get the best deal on a hotel room, but you also help lower the costs of tournament fees for everyone.
Instructions for Booking a Room:
For 2026, we have AGAIN partnered with EM2 Housing out of Austin to coordinate our patron hotels and ensure we satisfy the Stay to Save requirement in place by USAV. We currently have over 20 hotels contracted within walking distance of the HBG Convention Center. Priority housing for VIP Clubs will open on September 25th while housing for the general public for ALL teams attending this event will open on October 7th.

TEAM CHECK IN
There will be no team check-in or rosters required. Team coaches will just need to stop by the COACH check in table and pick up coach credentials in the convention center lobby next to the spectator wristband purchase tables. This can be done during advance pre-sale of spectator wristbands or the first day of the event on the way to first match. (every coach needs to check-in to pick up their own wristband! We will not give one coach all wristbands for club)
