How to Register

REGISTER HERE on AES beginning October 1st, 2021

Acceptance Criteria

Teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis once a team has completed all registration requirements. Acceptance for all teams is always contingent on space available.
  • Register for the Countdown City Classic on AES
  • Submit entry fee payment
  • Fulfill Stay to Play - If a club/team is located outside 60 miles of the playing venue, they must reserve at least 5 hotel rooms within the tournament's block for the entirety of the event

Entry Fee

EARLY REGISTRATION FEE (oct 1-oct 31): $475 per team
LATE REGISTRATION FEE (nov 1 and after): $499 per team

Registration Deadlines

Early Registration Deadline: December 10, 2021 
Teams that register after this date will incur a $50 late fee

Registration Close Deadline: December 17, 2021

Tournament Policies

If a team drops before November 1st: Full Refund

If a team drops between November 1st and December 1st: All but $150

If a team drops after December 1st: No Refund

All entry fees are nontransferable. A team may not apply this entry fee to any other tournament. The move fee may be waived if the move benefits the tournament.

If a team wishes to drop from the tournament they will need to email the tournament director with the request and the team/club name.

Team Check-In On-Site

A club director, coach, or team representative will need to check the team in ONLINE through AES, or in person, as well as pick up coach credentials and wristbands.

Check-In Procedures

All teams are required to check-in their team as detailed above.

Teams must bring a printed & signed copy of their AES roster (not USAV Webpoint roster) to the event during the times listed above under team check-in on-site OR conduct our "AES On-line check-in" for our event.

Roster Violations

All rosters must be verified!
  • All rosters must be signed
  • All USAV #s must be verified (players and coaches) 
  • All coaches must be IMPACT certified or they will not be allowed to sit on the bench
  • Please note the contact information on the roster turned in will be used for any emergency updates during the event

Directions on how to download and print your roster:

  1. Login to Advanced Event Systems with a Club Director user profile

  2. Under the "Club Director" tab in the top left corner, click "Clubs"

  3. From the "quick links" options at the top, choose "Teams"

  4. Find the necessary team and click on the team name.

  5. From the list of events click the 'print' link (far right) located next to the tournament the team is attending. Be sure you are are printing the correct team for the correct event

  6. Double check the roster is correct. If so, print that roster and bring a signed copy to team check-in

  7. Repeat these steps for all teams participating in the tournament

  • 10 sets minimum
  • R1s will be provided for all matches - Work teams will be responsible for providing the R2 AND line judges/libero tracker/score flipper/scorer
